Refund Policy
Sponsorship donations are made to the Scottish Community Foundation (a charity registered in Scotland, SCO 22910) in support of a particular team undertaking their chosen challenge. Donations will not be refunded if a particular individual or team happens to not complete the challenge or indeed does not take part.
If, for any other reason, a sponsor wishes to retract their donation they may request a refund by writing to us within one month of the making their donation. They may do so by emailing [email protected] / [email protected] or by writing to:

All such requests should include the following information:
- Donor’s Name
- Donation Amount
- Donation Date
- Donation Reference
- Name of individual/team sponsored
- Reason for refund
Such requests will be considered by the Events Director and any refunds will be made within 28 days to the originating account. Please note donations to the Foundation are typically unrestricted so that they can be used wherever there is the greatest need. This means that the donated funds may not always be available for refund.
