Register for the 2008 RBS Caledonian Challenge

How to register a team for the RBS Caledonian Challenge:

• Please note: to comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 we have introduced an Email verification stage to our registration process.
• Please read the Registration Information before registering your details.
• Please decide which member of your team will be the team leader (the responsibility of the team leader is to be a main point of contact)

1. VERIFICATION OF EMAIL ADDRESSES

1. The team leader is required to enter their full name and Email address.
2. An automated Email will be sent to the team leader's specified Email address.
3. The team leader must verify their Email address by clicking on the link contained in the message.

2. PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION

1. Once the team leader's Email address has been verified, the team leader will be able to access the team profile registration.
2. The team leader must complete the team profile registration details including the full names and correct Email addresses of the nominated team members.
3. The team leader must then also complete their contact details within the team profile.
4. Each team member will be sent an automated Email to the specified address.
5. All team members must verify their Email address by clicking on the link contained in the message.
6. Once the team member Email address has been verified, the team member must complete the team profile contact details.

3. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

• It is the team leader's responsibility to ensure all nominated members of their team have verified their Email addresses, entered their contact details in the team profile and paid their registration fees.
• Teams have 28 days to verify Email addresses, input contact details and pay their registration fees. After the 28 day period walker details will be removed from the database.
• Each individual walker place and the team's start time will not be confirmed until all registration fees have been paid.
